SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description

By providing your mobile number to Man Cave Salon and opting in — for example by checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, texting us first, or requesting SMS confirmations during booking — you agree to receive text messages from Man Cave Salon at the number provided. Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Scheduling updates (reschedules, cancellations, delays)
  • Waitlist and openings notifications
  • Customer service and support messages

Consent is not a condition of purchase and you can book, pay for, and receive services without opting in to SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with Man Cave Salon. You should typically expect no more than approximately 8 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Man Cave Salon does not charge for the messages themselves, but your wireless carrier may charge you for messages sent to or from you under the terms of your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation and then no further SMS messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again on any form on our website, or reply START.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share mobile information with the service providers that help us operate the SMS program (for example, our messaging carrier and booking system), and only so they can deliver the messages you have asked to receive on our behalf.
