Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Man Cave Salon website, booking, and SMS/text-messaging program, and any related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Appointments & Salon Services

  • Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • Cancellation policy: please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requires at least 4 hours' notice. Requests outside these windows may not be accommodated online and require a call to the salon.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons, including safety, hygiene, or respectful conduct.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Man Cave Salon at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Program purpose. Appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, waitlist offers, and — if you opt in — occasional promotional messages.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity, typically no more than approximately 8 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to any message sent to or from you. Man Cave Salon does not charge for messages, but your carrier may.
  • Opt out — STOP. Text STOP to the number that sent you the message at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then send no further SMS messages. Reply START to resume.
  • Help — HELP. Text HELP for assistance, or contact us at (725) 735-5397 or info@mancavesalonlv.com.
  • Supported carriers. Available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No third-party marketing sharing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • You represent that the mobile number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.

Website Use

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse booking, spam our messaging channels, or interfere with other users.
  • All logos, content, and design elements on the site are the property of Man Cave Salon or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are redeemable for services at Man Cave Salon, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Promotional offers may have additional terms, which will be disclosed with the offer.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Man Cave Salon disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Man Cave Salon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
