Privacy Policy

Man Cave Salon ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, booking flow, SMS/text-message program, and in-salon services at 2510 Saint Rose Parkway, Suite 120, Henderson, Nevada 89074.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details you provide when booking, joining our waitlist, filling out a form, or texting us — name, mobile phone number, and email address.
  • Appointment details such as service selections, preferred stylist, and visit history maintained by our booking provider.
  • Payment information processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Website usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type, collected through cookies and standard analytics.
  • Messages you send us through the site chat, SMS, email, or social channels.

How We Use Your Information

  • Book, confirm, remind, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • Send transactional messages (confirmations, reminders, receipts) and, if you opt in, promotional messages.
  • Improve our services, website, and in-salon experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example by checking a consent box, texting us first, or requesting SMS confirmations during booking — you agree to receive text messages from Man Cave Salon related to your appointments and, where you've opted in, occasional offers.

No Sharing of Mobile Information for Marketing.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for their own marketing. Mobile information may be shared only with the service providers that help us operate the SMS program (for example, our messaging carrier and booking system), and only so they can deliver the messages you have asked to receive on our behalf. These providers are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity with Man Cave Salon. You should typically expect no more than approximately 8 messages per month — including appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, waitlist offers, and, if you have opted in, occasional promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any messages sent to or from you. Man Cave Salon does not charge for messages, but your carrier may. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out — STOP. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then no further SMS messages will be sent. If you want to receive messages again, sign up as you did the first time or reply START.

Supported carriers. Our SMS program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

  • With service providers that operate our booking system, SMS/email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and hosting — under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing services to us.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Man Cave Salon, our guests, or the public.
  • In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with reasonable efforts to keep this policy intact for transferred data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

Data Retention & Security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Choices & Rights

  • SMS: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support.
  • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us to opt out.
  • Access, correction, or deletion: Contact us using the details below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians who believe we have collected such information should contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
